What are the delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are Rs. 250 all over Pakistan

Is the payment advance?

Yes, we require full advance payment.
If you prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), you will need to pay 50% in advance and the remaining amount on delivery. Please note that COD parcels include 4% government taxes, which is why we recommend full advance payment.

When will I get my order?row

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days. We also share a tracking ID so you can track your parcel easily. However, due to unforeseen circumstances in the country, delivery may sometimes be delayed. We kindly ask for your patience in such cases, as delays are beyond our control.

What is the return and exchange policy?

In case of any damage or mishap during delivery, you may receive a 50% refund or request a replacement. Once your order is delivered and received in good condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
